Youth Complex | Bat Hefer | Built Area 650 sq m

A space that combines outdoor and indoor spaces for youth movements in the settlement of Bat Hefer.

The complex includes a flexible multi-purpose space for various events, spaces for each youth movement, "classrooms" for small groups, offices, a kitchen, shaded spaces, a stage for performances and outdoor areas.

We "unpacked" the desired volume into two separate buildings and also divided them into volumes to reduce the presence of the building.

We created a pleasant scale for the youth, and allowed for many defined outdoor areas between those functions.

The space is experienced through movement and the morphology of the buildings creates a process of convergence and opening.

The leveling of the buildings in relation to the more sloping topography. Benches are built around the gathering area

During hours when there is no youth activity, the gates of the complex can be opened and allow visitation of the community.
