Extensive renovation and Repurposing of the school/secretariat building in the heart of the old settlement into a modern cultural space

The renovated building includes a multifunctional library, a “seating salon,” a meeting room, a gallery, a synagogue as a multifunctional space, offices, and shared workspaces.

As an integral part of the project, the entrances to the building were redesigned to face a common plaza, with an emphasis on developing the outdoor areas for public events of various scales.

Although the building is not designated for preservation, it was treated sensitively, maintaining its original values.
